The hotel may seem like your standard outdated motel inn from the outside, but once inside, I found it to be beautiful and very comfortable. The room only accommodated 4 people, causing some stress on arrival, and the average breakfast could have been better with a table and two chairs for more comfort.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location, close to markets and food, making it easy for me to get around in Knox. The rooms were modern with great amenities like rain showers and reliable WiFi. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, except for one minor hiccup during breakfast. I enjoyed the simple but satisfying dining options. Despite the main road proximity, the place was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful stay. I found it to be a great value for the money.
The hotel rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, with comfy beds and great facilities; however, they smelled heavily of artificial fragrance. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay, even arranging a food delivery from a nearby restaurant. The hotel's location was central to where we needed to be, easy to find, surprisingly quiet for a main road, and a bonus close to shops. The dining experience was lovely but could offer a better quality selection variety.
